CLAUSTRO at Georgian Bay Islands National Park of Canada
September 8 & 9, 2012
CLAUSTRO was one of 6 Artists chosen to participate in the FIRST Artists in the Park series at Georgian Bay Islands National Park of Canada. Artists will stay at one of their new cabins on Beausoleil Island for a one week stay to research, photograph, study, and sketch the region of the Park which will give them opportunity to develope a body of work based on their research. This expands the education of the public to this beautiful historical region of Ontario … and fortuneate for Stu and I, it is in our backyard. While there, Artists will have a small display of their works in the Cedar Spring Visitor Centre and will provide both workshops and/or discussions at the Visitor Centre to engage the public in what they do as artists. These meet and greets with CLAUSTRO will take place Saturday and Sunday September 8 & 9 from 1-3pm. Hope to see you there!
